When I was first looking for a contractor, I had only a few criteria – that the company should be reliable, do high quality work, but at the same time cost effective. In these aspects, Frankie and his team have delivered on all counts. Over the years, he had done 3 homes for me and I have gladly referred him to my own friends and contacts. Ours is like a partnership in which I tell him my vision and he let me know if and how it can be done. As I am at work most of the time, I entrust him to project manage the entire process for me and he is always willing to rectify any issues that was identified. Overall, while there are many other contractors out there, as far as I am concerned, I am happy with Frankie’s work and will continue to work with him for future projects.
