Founded by owner and design director, Frankie Chan in 2003, Area Concept has since subsequently expanded, providing exemplary design solutions and quality services one truly deserves. The assurance of a good service is reflected in the amount of repeated businesses and referrals they get from customers.

Frankie has already had more than 17 years of experience in design and building due to his previous corporation in Creative Interior in the year 2000. He has always been a risk-taker and because he saw the potential to build a better company, he established Area Concept.

Over the years, they follow closely with the overwhelming demand of splendor in standard by being equipped in managing different types of projects, be it a simple makeover or a major modification.

As licensed HDB renovators and with a devoted team of twenty, they embed themselves to be acknowledged as a firm with a wide-ranging portfolio in Residential, Commercial and Conceptual design, Project Management, Carpentry Fabrication and Space planning. Conveniently, they have our own carpentry workshop that can do whatever you require.
