It is with great pleasure that i am writing this letter to commend and recommend Frankie and his team.
Truly an excellent job!
From the time of conceptualization to closure of the project, Frankie remained consistent in thinking of creative ways not only to extend and optimise our listing space but also to ensure it is aesthetically pleasing.
His professionaJ ethics deserves mention. Once, the tiler mislaid the tiles according to plan, though my wife and i felt quite uncomfortable about it, we kept this to ourselves. But quite surprisingly, Frankie right the wrong by asking the tiler to redo the job even though we did not make the request. This is the kind of interior designer that i must give voice to his credit.
Also, the carpentry work was above par. The 3D model at conceptualisation stage was itself already very impressive. The finished work was above our expectation. I strongly believe the same governing ethics has produced such outcome.
What i saw in Frankie was his tenacious attitude in seeing how our living space may be fully maximised. I remember standing with him in the dusty environment during an early renovation phrase where he refused to give up discussing and creatively thinking of possible options to help us furnish our tight kitchen space. Earlier on, the other bidding contractors told us straight ‘it is impossible to do it’. That evening, he showed us that ‘it is possible’. It is noteworthy that he could have conveniently pointed out that the other contracors said it is impossible. But he did not. Instead, he walked more than that extra mile to get the job done.
Today, we are enjoying a creatively extended living space. If not for him, the money spent for this property will not be fully utilised as a daily living space. To me, this is
value for money. I believe it is impossible for Frankie to have the capacity to focus on his specialised task without the good support of his administrative team of personnels. Hence, i would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for providing the backroom support so that he could enjoy the process at the frontline to create my dream home which
i initally had great reservation working directly with contractors.
Frankie and his team made communication so accessible in realising my specific needs. I do not regret spending a little more to engage his service to save the long term problem of having errant contractors telling me, a often heard phrase, ‘to live with it’. So far, in my living routine, i do not suffer the need to have to adapt to a house. On the contrary,
Frankie has helped us realised a dream home that adapts to the living needs of each family member, including even my domestic helper.
For all these, as well as many other works hidden from sight, i would like to say a big thank you. It is always a pleasure to come across a local firm which has good business integrity and professionalism to get a job done with a high level of quality standard.
